Life could be throwing you a curve ball, and you just need to relax. There are many different ways that you can accomplish this. One of the best ways out there could be just getting away from it all and enjoying yourself a bit more. Many things could be leading to your distress, and finding the perfect way to relax may help alleviate some of that pain and frustration.

Though it may seem like an endless process, with the help of something new in your life, it can distract you just enough. Even give you ideas of ways that can help you get ex back. By relaxing and taking on that new hobby, you may become a person who will be able to impress them in ways you haven’t before.

That hobby that can help you relax and refocus on life is growing your own green tea. Something that is healthy for you and can easily be accomplished with an indoor garden. So you can’t say you don’t have enough room!

By growing your own tea you will be able to add in different tastes to the drink too. Placing in different herbs or dried fruits if you want. It will be your own creation, and it will take your mind off of that breakup too! Just head out and find a Camellia Sinesis plant and your well on your way to a new hobby.

Though it is a process that will take a while, unless you get a plant that is close to three years old. Because that is the age that you can start taking those leaves off to make your own tea. Just head out to your local nursery and see if they have one that is fairly close to three or even a bit older.

Sandy soil will be the best way to grow the tea plant, and you may need to add occasional fertilizer to the plant too. In order to make green tea you need to harvest the youngest leaves and buds off your plant.

After you have taken them off the plant you will need to dry them out in the sun. Then place them into an oven that has been set to 250 degrees, and leave them in there for ten minutes. After that you can seal up the majority and make your first pot of tea.

A new hobby, a way to relax and forget about the problems you may be facing. Plus some great tea that you will be able to drink, and even give some to your ex when you invite them over!
